We are looking for a part-time administrative support to join our Trade Finance Services team in Gothenburg and support daily administrative tasks within Letter of Credit operations.

About our team

Meet the Documentary Credit Team team. Our role is to support international trade by ensuring documents and payments are handled correctly and efficiently for our customers. Our teams are part of Nordea’s Trade Finance area, working with daily operations related to Letters of Credit. The team are based in Gothenburg and in Łódź.

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scanning and processing documentation
  • Registering cases in internal systems
  • Maintaining shared mailboxes and supporting communication flow
  • Assisting the team with daily administrative tasks

Who you are

  • Are structured and detail-oriented
  • Handle repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy
  • Are proactive and willing to learn
  • Are comfortable working with documents and internal systems
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively

Your background and skills include:

  • Basic experience in administrative work
  • Good computer skills and ability to work in different systems
  • Good command of English

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Have an interest in banking, finance or international trade
