Process Specialist SCM / O2C Radiology
The Delivery and Customer Excellence Pool drives stabilization, harmonization, optimization and innovation of delivery and customer-centric processes from start to finish. Its goal is to facilitate the creation of an outstanding experience for customers, partners, and stakeholders while attaining top-tier performance in the industry. Process Excellence professionals focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness by actively engaging in process communities, resolving complex issues, and promoting best practices. They empower diverse teams to simplify workflows, co-create customer-centric solutions, and continuously improve processes, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability that drives meaningful results.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to process community and projects
• Support teams in resolving day-to-day process issues
• Document current processes (e.g. manuals)
• Deliver basic process training
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics
• Support teams to adopt best practices
• Drive continuous improvement of specific process
Key Working Relations:
• Process teams and communities
• Other technical and project teams
• Colleagues and key users
• Frontline team leads within Bayer
• Other Clusters Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Procurement, IT and others - external service providers
WHO YOU ARE
• University Bachelor’s degree in a business or scientific field and with extended work experience
• Proven ability to operate supply chain processes and / or enabling IT systems, experience with automation is a Plus
• Business Process Coordination Experience a strong plus
• Basic understanding and practical experience with operational excellence methodologies
• Proven ability to adapt to quickly changing businees & stakeholder needs, and ability to challenge the status quo
• Good communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds
• Demonstration of DSO behaviors, esp. entrepreneurial mindset & ownership
• Fluent in English, German and Spanish is a Plus Other Financial Magnitudes: Use metrics of overarching function SC Excellence is contributing to all Supply Chain outcomes
