Process Safety ManagerPBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating, through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We have an opportunity at our Martinez Refinery in California and are seeking a talented Process Safety Manager to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy.
The Process Safety Management (PSM) Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, review, audit, promotion, and revision of the Refinery’s Process Safety Management System (PSMS) and Risk Management Plan (RMP). The PSM Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local process safety regulations, and for ensuring compliance with corporate policies. This position reports to the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment Manager.
The successful candidate will exercise their leadership skills, regulatory and technical experience to support the Martinez Refinery in achieving exceptional process safety compliance.

The salary range for this position is $121,160.47 - $216,090.75. The compensation range listed in this posting is in compliance with applicable state law. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills and internal peer equity will be considered in determining the selected candidate’s compensation. In addition to salary, PBF offers a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
