The Process Reengineering Expert will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles across the organization to facilitate the SCOR strategy based on prioritization defined criteria (i.e. Project Prioritization, VRT, Business feedback, ORCA/ICS, …). The Process Reengineering Expert is responsible for providing effective support to the business across all topics of process reengineering needs, with core focus on process simplification, standardization, and automation, as well as consideration of controls and how these controls can be preventative and automated. The Process Reengineering Expert is responsible in rolling out the defined Process Management Framework and Process Reengineering unified approach across the organization (including methodologies, BPMN language, Process Taxonomy, tooling, … through specific process reengineering initiatives and training, communication, change management support)
The key duties and responsibilities of the Process Reengineering Expert include (and are not limited) to:
Interact with all levels of management and collaborate with various departments to understand their unique process needs and challenges
Conduct comprehensive assessments on existing processes and KPIs, document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced, digitalized business processes
Provide expertise based on previous experience with training and technical assistance, business process analysis, change management, and other performance improvement
Provide guidance and advice to senior leaders on the most effective and efficient use of resources to ensure positive and measurable outcomes
Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to support Operations processes
Support the further development, and evolvement of the process management framework and feedback loops with the business/process owners for continuous improvements mindset and effective collaboration
Support the implementation of operational KPIs and reporting/monitoring mechanisms to deliver visibility, change management, and interact effectively (using data) with staff and senior leadership
Monitor process reengineering timelines, coordinate with stakeholders & other internal “partners” (i.e. Tech, IT Architecture, Data & AI, Compliance, Project Portfolio Office, ICS …) to ensure value add delivery within the agreed timeline
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cultivate a mindset of innovation and digitalization

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Must have solid reinsurance/insurance business processes knowledge
Must have experience in Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and/or Kanban)
