The Process Quality Engineering (PQE) Manager leads a team of quality engineers responsible for driving process capability, product quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role ensures that processes from SMT until Packing are robust, compliant, statistically controlled, and capable of meeting customer and regulatory requirements. The PQE Manager collaborates closely with operations, engineering, suppliers, and customer quality teams to prevent defects, reduce variation, and improve overall process performance.
