Job Description

  • Monitor and control manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Develop and implement process quality standards, control plans, and inspection criteria.
  • Support in-process quality checks and final product verification.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and increase yield.
  • Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Apply quality tools and Pareto analysis to improve process performance.
  • Work on cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and process capability enhancement.
  • Support automation equipment assembly, integration, and testing processes.
  • Cross functional team support
  • Validate and qualify new processes, tooling, and equipment for production readiness.
  • Conduct process audits and internal quality audits.
  • Maintain and analyze quality data, KPIs, and process performance metrics.
  • Drive corrective actions for non-conformance and ensure closure of quality issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to production teams on quality standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proven experience in process quality, manufacturing; within automation industry will be preferable.
  • Strong understanding of automation systems, machine build processes, and assembly operations.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems.
