The Process Quality Engineer (PQE) for Rotor plays a critical role in elevating both process and product quality by driving defect reduction across repair operations. This position demands close collaboration with salaried and hourly team members to embed quality principles throughout every stage of the repair process. In addition to leading process and product quality initiatives, this role will lead and manage the Rotor Quality Inspectors, who will report directly to the Lead PQE. The Lead PQE will provide day-to-day direction, coaching, workload prioritization, and oversight of inspection activities to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational excellence. To effectively support leadership, the PQE must cultivate deep expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring compliance while championing continuous improvement and operational excellence.
