Job Description

Scope and Purpose: To implement process quality audits to all Brembo production processes overseeing the action plan definition and closure.

Result area and main activities:

• Implements process quality audits to all Brembo production processes,
• Supports the plants in the action plan definition and implementation ensuring the deployment of lesson learned and best practices,
• Verifies the implementation and the efficacy of the action plan put in place to solve the nonconformities highlighted during audits.

Technical Knowledge & Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of production process control and series production supervision in compliance with quality standards
• Experience in Product & Process Validation
• Ability to perform technical analysis using quality laboratory equipment (e.g. CMM, hardness, roughness testing)
• Understanding of process control plans and inspection activities
• Familiarity with incoming material control and component inspection according to defined control plans ​​
• Basic to solid knowledge of PPAP approval and supplier quality documentation

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Ability to work hands‑on on the shop floor

• Capability to collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams

• Compliance‑driven and quality‑oriented working approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Electrical or related fields

• More than 7year experience in quality in-process, supplier, customer, metrology laboratory.

• Experience in process quality, production quality, or manufacturing quality within an industrial or automotive environment

• Exposure to supplier evaluation and component verification activities is an advantage

• Exposure to Customer PPAPs and document releases to approval activities is an advantage
