About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Process Paint Engineer to support the development and implementation of advanced painting technologies for automotive production. The role focuses on paint process development, technical analysis, and close cooperation with plant teams to ensure efficient, high-quality paint solutions for new products and projects.

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead activities related to paint process quotation and acquisition phases for new automotive projects

• Perform technical analysis and design reviews of paint processes for new products

• Support early development phases in collaboration with plant paint process teams

• Coordinate and drive problem-solving activities related to paint technologies

• Manage open technical topics and align solutions with plant engineering teams

• Lead paint technology discussions and improvements within cross-functional paint groups

• Participate in paint technology networks and R&I initiatives to ensure knowledge sharing

• Analyze and implement new customer standards and requirements within plant operations

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of painting technologies and manufacturing processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or a related technical field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive paint processes or related manufacturing technologies

• Experience participating in technical projects or project teams

• Good understanding of automotive paint systems and process development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment

• Strong communication skills in English
