At DSV Road, we are looking for a Process Owner to take ownership of our Settlement, Invoicing, and Services processes. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how we work across countries, functions, and systems by establishing scalable processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring strong governance across the organization.
As Process Owner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining standardized ways of working that support operational excellence, compliance, and future growth. Working closely with stakeholders across Road Operations, Finance Operations, and IT, you will help identify opportunities for improvement, translate business needs into practical solutions, and ensure successful implementation of process and system changes.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will facilitate discussions, challenge existing ways of working, and help the organization move towards more efficient, scalable, and sustainable processes.
You will own and govern assigned Settlement & Services related processes from an end-to-end perspective. Through close collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT teams, you will maintain process documentation, governance standards, and business rules while continuously looking for opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.
A key part of your work will be to analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and design future-state processes that support DSV Road's strategic ambitions. You will gather and prioritize business requirements, facilitate workshops across countries and functions, and support testing, training, implementation, and adoption of new solutions.
As the subject matter expert within your process area, you will monitor process performance, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that create measurable business value.
We are looking for someone with experience within logistics, operational finance, process management, or a similar environment where process ownership and continuous improvement are central to success.
You understand how operational and financial processes work together and have the ability to transform business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. You are comfortable working across functions and organizational levels, building strong relationships, and creating alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Experience with process modelling, business analysis, governance frameworks, or transformation initiatives will be considered an advantage. Likewise, familiarity with Control Tower operations, and/or Product and Service Catalogue-related workflows will be highly valued, although it is not a requirement.
You are a structured and analytical professional who enjoys creating clarity in complex environments. You combine strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities and know how to engage stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

The role is based in Hedehusene or Horsens, Denmark. For the right candidate, the position can also be based in Vilar do Pinheiro, Portugal; or Vantaa, Finland. Some travel should be expected.
