Job Description

Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division is looking for a Process Owner, Operations to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Process Performance & Governance, this role will be accountable for enterprise operational process design, governance, standardization, performance, and continuous improvement across supply chain, manufacturing planning, production, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment activities. The role ensures operational processes are globally aligned, scalable, measurable, and capable of supporting service, growth, and efficiency objectives across the organization. As Process Owner you will be shouldering the burden of finding solutions within the system to make the operations of AS more efficient.

Process Scope

  • Source to Pay (S2P): Govern sourcing, procurement, supplier, receiving, invoice, and payment processes to ensure goods and services are obtained efficiently, compliantly, and at the required quality and cost.
  • Plan to Fulfil (P2F): Coordinate demand, supply, inventory, and logistics planning to ensure customer demand is met reliably while balancing service, cost, and working capital.
  • Plan to Produce (P2P): Govern production planning and execution processes to convert materials and capacity into finished goods efficiently, safely, and consistently.

The Location: This position is based in a Hexagon Autonomous Solutions location.

Responsibilities

Key Working Relationships

  • Business process SMEs and functional leaders across divisions, regions, and Global Services.
  • Relevant business functions across the AS organization, with emphasis on sustained engagement, solid working relationships, trust-based collaboration, and active process advocacy.
  • Peer Process Owners responsible for adjacent and interdependent processes, with emphasis on shared standards, integrated decision-making, and end-to-end process performance.
  • ERP programme leadership, solution architects, data owners, integration leads, testing leads, and change management teams.
  • Implementation partners and service providers supporting process design, deployment, and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and continuously improve AS-level enterprise process standards, policies, controls.
  • Collaborate with operational subject experts from relevant business functions to define, maintain, and advocate for clear, practical, and enterprise-aligned processes that are understood and adopted by relevant business functions across the AS organization.
  • Partner actively with peer Process Owners to manage end-to-end process interdependencies, align standards, resolve cross-functional issues, and promote coherent enterprise process governance.
  • Establish and facilitate process governance routines, decision rights, issue resolution paths, and continuous improvement backlogs.
  • Establish solid relationships and proactive engagement with relevant business functions across divisions, regions, and Global Services to support process ownership, adoption, issue resolution, and sustained process advocacy.
  • Partner with business leaders, SMEs, IT, data owners, change management, and implementation partners to ensure future-state processes are practical, adopted, and sustainable.
  • Approve process documentation, requirements, controls, role definitions, and key design decisions impacting the assigned process domain.
  • Define process KPIs, establish baselines, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions where process outcomes fall short of targets.
  • Support ERP transformation, integration design, testing, training, cutover, hypercare, and transition to business-as-usual governance.
  • Promote standardization while ensuring justified local or divisional requirements are assessed, governed, and documented.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Experience owning, transforming, or governing enterprise business processes in a complex, multi-division environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP-enabled operating models, enterprise data structures, controls, reporting, and cross-functional process dependencies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical process standards, governance frameworks, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve process conflicts, and balance standardization with business needs.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, documentation, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Experience working across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, or fulfillment process domains.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation or business process transformation initiatives.
  • Background in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, procurement, logistics, or operational excellence.
