Smith+Nephew’s Commercial Center of Excellence (CoE) Team is a key driver for sustainable and profitable growth across Business Units in the International Region (i.e. the established markets in Europe and Asia/Pacific). The team leads the customer relationships with strategic accounts such as large hospital chains and trusts and group purchasing organizations as well as the development and implementation of pricing frameworks and the centralized management of offers, tenders and contracts.

As a Process Analyst Pricing and CPQ Business Admin, you will support the standardization and continuous improvement of commercial processes related to pricing, quoting, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) across the International region. You will collaborate with market subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand local requirements and help ensure efficient, compliant, and harmonized execution of quotation, tender, and contract management processes

What will you be doing?

  • Design, document, and optimize end-to-end commercial processes (Quotation & Pricing CLM, Tender).
  • Assist in documenting, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end commercial processes (Quotation, Pricing, CLM, Tender).
  • Support alignment with global standards while adapting processes to local market needs. [Job Descri...& Quoting | Word]
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and IT to translate process requirements into tool functionalities and enhancements.
  • Act as a point of contact for process-related queries and provide administrative support for assigned process areas.
  • Contribute to training, change management, and adoption initiatives in the markets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and process compliance, and help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Super user support for CPQ and other Pricing tools

What will you need to be successful?

  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing commercial processes, in the area of price & quoting, tender or contract management.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM, and to drive adoption of new processes and technologies across diverse markets.
  • Experience with CPQ software platforms and strong data analysis skills to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, commercial, and local market stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Advanced English proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement"; additional European languages a plus.
