Join Asahi Beverages' Process Excellence team and help shape how the business works today and into the future. As Process Optimisation Lead, you'll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, simplify complex processes and deliver meaningful change through process redesign, automation, AI and technology-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives across a diverse range of business functions.
• Analyse current state processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Design and document future state processes that support strategic transformation objectives.
• Develop process maps and visual documentation that drive understanding, alignment and decision making.
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver process improvements and system enhancements.
• Validate business requirements and ensure alignment between process design, testing and delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to automation and AI initiatives that improve business performance.
• Promote process excellence through governance, standards and continuous improvement practices.

About You

• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence or a related discipline.
• Strong capability in process mapping, requirements gathering and process design.
• Exposure to finance processes or experience partnering with Finance stakeholders will be highly regarded, with the ability to translate financial concepts into practical business process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical outcomes.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• A curious mindset and genuine passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP or other process mapping tools will be highly regarded.
