Greencross Support Office (Hybrid) | Fixed Term Contract | Project-Based Role

Support a Major Transformation Across Our Clinic Network

We’re seeking a Process Optimisation Analyst to play a critical role in the rollout of our new Practice Information Management System (PIMS) across Greencross. This is a full time, between 9-12 month fixed term contract starting July 2026 (or sooner).

This is a dynamic, hybrid role that blends process improvement, project coordination, testing, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring clinics are ready, supported, and set up for success as we transition to a new system.

Be at the Centre of Change

In this role, you’ll help shape how clinics operate in the future by analysing current workflows, collaborating to streamline and document new processes.

You’ll work closely with project teams, clinical leaders and support office stakeholders to:

  • Map current-state workflows and identify gaps and inefficiencies
  • Develop future-state processes aligned to system capabilities
  • Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
  • Identify risks, issues and opportunities for optimisation
  • Maintain process artefacts, registers and improvement logs

Drive Readiness, Testing & Rollout Success

You’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across clinics by:

  • Supporting requirements testing, QA validation and readiness checks
  • Validating processes against system functionality and operational needs
  • Coordinating rollout activities, deployment logistics and site readiness
  • Tracking milestones, deliverables and rollout progress
  • Supporting cross-functional teams through each phase of deployment

Engage & Support Stakeholders

Strong communication and collaboration are key to success in this role. You will:

  • Engage with stakeholders across regions, departments and clinic teams
  • Deliver clear communications on process updates and rollout activities
  • Support training and education through guides and materials
  • Maintain readiness checklists and status reporting
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and operational users

Track Progress & Drive Continuous Improvement

You’ll help keep the program on track by:

  • Monitoring risks, issues, dependencies and progress across streams
  • Escalating blockers and proposing practical solutions
  • Supporting ongoing process improvement and optimisation
  • Maintaining visibility across multiple concurrent activities

About You

You’re highly organised, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced transformation environments where no two days are the same.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in project coordination, implementation or process improvement roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PIMS or similar systems
  • Exposure to healthcare, veterinary or multi-site operations
  • Experience supporting system rollouts or transformation programs

Why Join the PIMS Program?

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale, business-critical transformation that will shape the future of how Greencross operates.

You’ll gain:

  • Exposure to a high-impact national rollout program
  • Experience bridging operations, technology and clinical teams
  • A collaborative, fast-moving project environment
  • The chance to influence real, tangible improvements across the business

Interested?
