For our production site in Rozenburg, we are seeking Process Operators who will play a key role in ensuring our plant runs safely, reliably, and efficiently. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our installations perform optimally and that our customers can rely on a consistent supply of high-quality products.

What you will do:

As a Process Operator, you are responsible for the safe and reliable operation of our production facilities. You monitor the process from the control room while also performing tasks out in the plant.

Your duties include:

• Operating, monitoring, and optimizing production facilities
• Monitoring the process from the control room (DCS)
• Conducting checks and inspection rounds in the plant
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving process disruptions
• Securing equipment for maintenance and inspection work
• Performing quality checks and taking samples
• Recording and reporting process data and deviations
• Actively contributing to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with colleagues from Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Engineering

As a Process Operator at INVISTA, you are entrusted with significant responsibility. You are not only responsible for operating equipment but also play a key role in identifying risks, resolving process disruptions, and ensuring work is carried out safely.

You work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and are actively involved in improvement initiatives that contribute to the plant's safety, reliability, and performance.

The combination of control room duties, plant-based work, and participation in improvement projects makes for a varied role that allows for broad professional development within the process industry. No two days are the same.

Who are we looking for?

• MBO level 3 or 4 working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field
• Interest in the process industry, technology, and production processes
• Safety-conscious attitude
• Sense of responsibility and ownership
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undertake training and obtain certifications
• Experience in the process industry is a plus, but not a requirement
