This role is responsible for performing a range of assigned duties to control, monitor, and operate process equipment to produce finished products. The position supports production operations, assists with training new operators, and may provide coverage for the Lead Technician as needed.
The purpose of this position is to oversee the safe, compliant, and timely operation of production plants to ensure customer demand is met, product specifications are achieved, and all applicable regulations are followed.

-Achieve training requirements as defined by the defined progression plan and train on new processes or tasks as required
-Operate plants to meet productivity targets and perform chemicals charges in a safe manner as defined by standard procedures.
-Monitor process and adjust control parameters with the control systems
-Maintain process control to ensure First Pass Quality is achieved
-Perform a complete and detailed turnover and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate
-Maintain and restock supplies and raw materials as necessary for the assigned process area
-Ability to lift 55 pounds, excessive walking, bending, continuous climbing of stairs, operate a forklift and cleaning equipment
-Maintain high standards of housekeeping in work area
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal direct supervision to meet daily goals
-Ambition to learn other processes while maintaining obligations of the current position
-Other duties as assigned/requested

The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,950.00 and $70,323.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
