Job Description

Process MS major role & responsibilities:

  • Engineering activities assignment such as collecting data for evaluation sample or EBR sample, summary initial result for engineer, prepare simple report following template,…
  • Hold lot verification (include initial information recorded from production floor, defect verification,….).
  • Hold lot disposition (include visual inspection, wire pull/bond shear test activities,….)
  • Ideas contribution for process/hold lot cycle time/occurrence improvement.
  • Safety & 5S at working area.
  • Focusing process: wire bond (70%) and die attach (30%) (+ collect reject bin at final test, case dependent).
  • Relevant activities per engineering & supervisor assignment.
