FLINT is seeking Process Operators to join our team in Fort McMurray starting in August 2027. In this role, you will be working in a Tailings environment, operating and maintaining electric and diesel pumps & completing ground workThis position offers a 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts. Flights and camp accommodations will be provided by our client, and benefits are available after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications

• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSO
• Any Heavy Equipment Experience is an Asset.
• Pipe Fusing experience is an asset
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 9 demerits.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
