Join CPChem's dynamic Operations & Utilities Division as an Operator at our Conroe manufacturing facility. This pivotal role involves actively managing and optimizing our chemical processing operations to ensure they run safely, efficiently, and within established quality standards. You will play a critical part in maintaining reliable plant operations by vigilantly monitoring equipment, responding to process alarms, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. This position offers hands-on experience with advanced control room Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our Manufacturing & Projects business unit.
