About the Role

We are seeking safety-focused, reliable, and adaptable individuals who bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and recording plant processes, collecting routine samples, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and making necessary adjustments to ensure product quality remains on target. You will also carry out workplace inspections and apply effective problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise. This opportunity offers an attractive roster of 12-hour shifts, working 4 days, 4 nights, followed by 8 days off

Responsibilities include:

• monitor and report plant abnormalities such as wear, overflowing, spillage from pipes;
• monitor plant densities, pH, dose rates, grades and adjust in line with metallurgist inspections;
• sample preparation and delivery to laboratory for testing;
• ensure correct flows of ore, water, chemicals, slurry and other services by monitoring and inspecting all process equipment and instruments;
• maintain good housekeeping in all areas of the plant; and
• maintain detailed reports of operations each shift.
