About the Role

As a Process Operations Specialist, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that Buildots’ product and workflows are continuously aligned with customer needs and project requirements.

In this role, you will lead the improvement of internal work processes, drive problem-solving initiatives, and create validation and quality processes. You will also play a key role in coordinating work across multiple teams, identifying cross-functional challenges, and implementing solutions that enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on data analysis (Excel, dashboards) to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Proactively identify quality gaps through ongoing quality reviews of the system, monitoring issues, and initiating improvement efforts across workflows and analysis methods.
• Develop and implement internal processes.
• Coordinate work across Operations teams, Technical Product, and CS to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
• Investigate complex cross-functional issues surfaced by operational teams, and lead structured resolution processes with relevant teams. Support and resolution of customer-related requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) – must.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in analytical, operational, or cross-functional roles.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience working with Excel, data dashboards.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps and initiate processes, improvements, and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive structured resolutions.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain structure in fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity and willingness to develop deep technical understanding of product functionality, data analysis methods, and internal workflows.
• Experience in Project management, process improvement, or operation roles - advantage
