Job Description

We are seeking a Process Mining Specialist to analyze telecom and fintech business processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive process optimization initiatives. You will leverage process mining tools to extract insights from billing systems, customer service workflows, payment processing, and operational event logs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement process mining solutions for telecom operations (order-to-activation, trouble ticket resolution, billing) and fintech processes (loan origination, payment processing, fraud investigation)
• Extract and prepare event log data from CRM systems, billing platforms, and payment gateways
• Perform process discovery to visualize actual vs. intended workflows in telecom and fintech operations
• Identify bottlenecks in customer onboarding, service provisioning, and transaction processing
• Create process visualizations and dashboards for operations and management teams
• Collaborate with process owners across telecom and fintech divisions to implement improvements
• Calculate ROI and track the impact of process optimization initiatives
• Work with RPA teams to identify high-value automation candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in process mining, business process management, or process improvement
• Hands-on experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Microsoft Process Advisor)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction from telecom and banking systems
• Understanding of business process modeling notation (BPMN)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom or fintech process optimization
• Understanding of telecom BSS/OSS systems and fintech platforms
• Certifications in process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath)
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
