General Information

As a Process Intelligence Specialist, you build operational solutions powered by Process Mining that create transparency on how business processes actually run and enable their continuous improvement.

The role brings together data engineering, process modeling, and a strong focus on continuous improvement to design and implement end‑to‑end Process Mining use cases. These solutions go beyond dashboards and analysis to enable concrete process improvements, such as automation, rule‑based controls, AI‑enabled solutions, and continuous process monitoring.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end‑to‑end Process Mining solutions, from raw data ingestion to productive operational use.
• Model and transform event‑based process data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance.
• Develop process logic, KPIs, and metrics that reflect how processes actually run across systems.
• Analyze end‑to‑end business processes to identify bottlenecks, deviations, compliance issues, and root causes.
• Build operational use cases based on Process Mining, including transparency, continuous monitoring, controls, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Translate business improvement needs into concrete, technically implemented solutions, not one‑off analyses.
• Own Process Mining use cases throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to embed them into daily operations.

Your Qualifications

• Background in data engineering, analytics, process analytics, or a related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience working with operational data (e.g. ERP, transactional, or event‑based data).
• Solid SQL skills and experience with data transformation and modeling.
• First experience with Process Mining / Process Intelligence tools (e.g. Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath), or a strong interest in developing in this area.
• Basic understanding of how business processes are executed and reflected in system data.
• Experience or interest in working with KPIs and process metrics to support transparency and improvement.
• Willingness to take ownership of solutions and grow towards end‑to‑end responsibility.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical role (e.g. data engineering, analytics, process analytics).
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
