  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to optimize production performance.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Ensure production processes comply with company standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams during NPI projects to ensure smooth process transfer from development to mass production.
  • Conduct process validation and ensure readiness for mass production.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost reduction projects.
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs and drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and productivity.
  • Work closely with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze process issues, equipment performance, and production data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Lead and develop the process engineering team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support production and engineering projects.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Job Requirements (JR)
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in electronics or EMS industry
  • At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing process control, process optimization, and production systems
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiar with NPI processes, process validation, and mass production transfer
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, FMEA).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage engineering projects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing data analysis is an advantage.
