The role

KBC Global Services is the engine behind KBC Group – a leading bank-insurance group with over 41,000 talented employees serving more than 12 million clients across Europe. Since 2021, we have been supporting the digital transformation of KBC Group providing software development, QA, AI, and other IT solutions working on a wide range of projects combining classical IT with digital banking.

Do you know how IT manages to avoid down time of (critical) business applications in case of software releases, disasters, service interruptions? How IT manages in a secure way the lifecycle of its owned assets? Are laptops, servers, WIFI endpoints, tokens, mouses, keyboards, software products bought or build in house? Who owns these assets? Who pays for these assets? Who is the vendor? What is the business criticality? Where it is the asset located?

How to quickly respond on the delivery of a requested IT service? Delivery of an access authorization? The staging of a new server? The onboarding of a new employee including the devices in his work environment?

Well, our team, IT Process Office, is responsible for the following IT processes:

1. Assets Management
2. Configurations Management
3. Releases management
4. Incidents management
5. Problems Management
6. Operations - Software Development Lifecycle and other

ServiceNow is one of the tools in which these processes are implemented.

We are looking for a new process manager to strengthen our team with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with the different process stakeholders in defining the expected process maturity
• Define the process road map (desired state)
• Accompany process (maturity) investigations/questionnaires triggered by audits/risk functions/regulators
• Promote, assist, and support process implementations
• Draft and maintain training material, and support training
• Take the lead in process assessment, process design and redesign
• Monitor and measure the process implementation to ensure process quality, efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and investigate process challenges, innovation opportunities, improvements by analysing process data and metrics, changes to the organisation, changes in technology, etc.
• Draft and maintain process documentation (in line with KBC/audit/regulatory/COBIT guidance)

Qualifications:

• Strong conceptual/analytical capabilities, being able to translate process related requirements into concepts into solutions
• Pragmatic attitude, achieving process goals is the primary objective
• Able to present, discuss and defend process related topics to any level (staff member, (senior) general manager, risk officer, auditor)
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in process management and preferably in project management
• Open for international cooperation
• Having knowledge on IT infrastructure, technology and processes is a plus
