YourResponsibility
Active participation in all phases of international, group-wide SAP S/4HANA implementations within the FI/CO and SAP PS environments (project preparation, process and system design, build, roll-out, hypercare, and ongoing support)
Close and confidential collaboration with internal stakeholders and business units to ensure optimal end-to-end process alignment
Development and delivery of harmonized and standardized processes within the KION Business Transformation (BTO) initiative, aligned with the overall business strategy
Support of Global Process Owners in defining the global process model, ensuring robust and continuous process documentation, and close cooperation with business unit process managers
Ownership and support of Controlling data objects (e.g. cost centers, activity rates), including data migration activities
Driving the redesign and implementation of process changes across related business transformation initiatives and projects, contributing strong operational process expertise
Providing process and system support to KION entities operating within the relevant SAP environment
Supporting the Center of Excellence (CoE) through knowledge transfer and ensuring stable and sustainable process functionality
Your Skills and Expertise:
Successfully completed a degree in business administration, information technology or a comparable course of study or comparable training with an interest in IT/digitalization. Ideally with a focus on project controlling
Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP PS and the core processes of Internal Portfolio and Project Controlling within a manufacturing environment
Experience in agile project management of SAP rollouts or in the implementation of global SAP templates
Ideally, experience in group reporting, IFRS, credit and debit processes as well as general ledger accounting
Knowledge of additional SAP modules is an advantage; initial experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not mandatory
Business fluent English skills, as well as flexibility and project awareness complete your profile
