The purpose of this role is to oversee, manage and continuously improve assigned finance process domains (eg. OTC, ITP, RTR) including defining the process strategy, performance measures, process standards and policies in alignment with the functional leadership and delivery organisation.

Responsible for defining the end-to-end process, performance measures and identifying improvement and automation opportunities. Proposing, justifying and running initiatives to deliver against the goals of the larger organisation is key for this role.

This role also has the responsibility for securing own and co-workers’ safety and health with all possible means and in compliance to law.

More tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure process is designed and service is delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction (both internal and external)
• Liaise with the IT function and leverage domain expertise to influence system selection criteria and to ensure the system landscape supports the designed processes necessary to achieve the long-term business objectives
• Design, establish, monitor and report on KPIs (key performance indicators) and operational metrics in alignment with the functional leadership and delivery leads
• Participate in transition activities when applicable and serve as a project manager for cross-functional projects on an as-needed basis
• Prepare, review, approve and keep up-to-date the domains’ process documentation
• Partner with and embed oneself in other business functions to drive change management and act as a trusted advisor
• Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability

Reporting directly to the Finance Development Manager, Finance Service Center. The position will be based in MacGregor’s office in Sofia, Bulgaria but covers the global finance processes in MacGregor.

What you’ll need to succeed

Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, facilitation and change management skills will be key for a successful applicant for this role. Strong analytical skills and understanding of process design methodologies, as well as the ability to influence various stakeholders are essential for the position.

Ideally you have:

• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
• 5+ years of experience in finance process development area
• OTC process management experience is considered a plus
• Senior Stakeholder Management and Presentation skills
• Staff Management, Direction Setting, Performance Management, Internal HR processes Awareness
• Knowledge of industry best practices
