Job Description

Are you an experienced Change Enablement Manager who can balance governance, risk and delivery?

Join Kinetic IT’s team supporting a Federal Government customer to strengthen service management outcomes across a complex ICT environment.

You’ll provide clear direction for Change Enablement, bringing teams and stakeholders together to support safe, timely and well-informed change. This is an opportunity to shape a practical approach that strengthens service stability and governance while enabling delivery.

This role is based 100% onsite and requires Australian Citizenship and an active Australian Government security (AGSVA) clearance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Change Enablement process across the service management environment.
  • Coordinate change assessment, authorisation and scheduling, ensuring risks, impacts, dependencies and implementation plans are clearly understood.
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and other forums to support timely, informed decisions.
  • Maintain change policies, procedures, process maps and guidance aligned with ITIL and customer requirements.
  • Track change performance, success rates, failed changes and compliance trends to identify practical improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Australian Citizenship and an active NV1 or NV2 Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA).
  • Demonstrated Change Enablement or Change Management experience within a complex ICT, government or enterprise service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, change governance and risk-based decision-making.
  • Ability to develop clear process documentation, meaningful reporting and measurable controls.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.
