Job Title: Finance Operations Manager – AP/AR & Billing

Setup|Location: Hybrid| Manila

We’re looking for a results-driven Finance Operations Manager to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing delivery within a fast-paced shared services environment. If you thrive in managing teams, driving KPIs, and partnering with stakeholders to optimize finance processes — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

✔ Lead day-to-day AP, AR, and Billing operations

✔ Ensure SLA/KPI delivery, quality, and compliance

✔ Manage escalations and drive process improvements

✔ Partner with clients and internal stakeholders

✔ Coach and develop high-performing teams

✔ Support transitions, migrations, and automation initiatives

What You Bring

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

✅ 5+ years experience in finance operations (AP/AR/Billing)

✅ 3+ years leadership experience in BPO/shared services

✅ Strong understanding of P2P and O2C processes

✅ Excellent stakeholder management skills

⭐ CPA, ERP exposure, or Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus
