As our new Process Manager, you'll help shape the future of how we work. You'll identify opportunities, lead change from idea to implementation, and ensure improvements deliver tangible value. Whether we're redesigning processes, introducing new technologies, or finding smarter ways of working, the focus is always on delivering meaningful outcomes for our users and the business.

This role is approximately:

• 50% process transformation and change leadership
• 30% process management and business analysis
• 20% data, technology and automation enablement

You will lead initiatives that simplify processes, improve user experience, increase efficiency, and support our digital and AI transformation journey.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end process analysis, redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive transformation from idea through implementation, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and digitalization.
• Translate business needs into scalable process and technology solutions.
• Use data, KPIs and insights to identify improvement opportunities and measure success.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, application managers and delivery teams.
• Establish clear process governance, standards and documentation.
• Support organizational change and help teams successfully adopt new ways of working.

Experience

• Several years of experience in process management, business analysis, transformation or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of process modelling, requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering process redesign or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments, ideally SAFe.
• Ability to use KPIs, analytics and data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with data architecture, data modelling or data governance.
• Experience with system integrations and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense or similar analytics and reporting platforms.
• Experience with process mining or process analytics.
• Experience with automation, workflow solutions or AI-enabled business transformation.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience.
