The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract, motivate, and retain talent. The role ensures external market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment of total rewards with business strategy across the assigned geographies.
Work Responsibilities:
Responsible for Compensation, Policies, Benefits and Wellness.
Salary Cost Budgeting: Creating budget for the salary related costs for the fiscal year. This includes liaising with various stakeholders to collate information on workforce plans, employee related expenses and any other estimations as may be required.
Compensation Benchmarking: Take part in salary surveys, analyse reports from vendors and provide insights to business on compensation benchmarks.
Driving Increment and Variable Pay cycles: Create input templates, work with HRBPs to get inputs, validate and communicate the revised salaries and bonuses to employees. Work with vendor partners to automate and execute the process through a system. Drive compensation module and system implementation from audit perspective.
Policy Management: Manage any changes or additions to HR policies.
Compensation based interventions: Work with HRBPs and business leads to design compensation-based policies, estimate its cost impact and operationalize them.
Managing Retention Schemes: Managing the budgeting, tracking and operational aspects of running compensation-based retention schemes.
International Mobility: Liaison with International HR teams to govern the international mobility process
Wellness and Benefits: Responsible to implementing existing and new wellness and benefits including but not limited to insurance policies

Minimum Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of overall HR experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
Experience with compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Radford)
Experience in automation or implementation of compensation modules in HRMS
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Engineering graduate preferred
MMS / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
