Our award-winning client is seeking a Process Manager to join their team! As the Process Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive library of technical documentation, ensuring clear and concise communication for both internal and external audiences. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to translate complex information into easy-to-understand user guides, tutorials, and other technical content.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with technical teams to understand product functionality and features.

• Develop user guides, API documentation, FAQs, and other technical content.

• Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to style guidelines.

• Conduct user research and testing to improve the usability of documentation.

• Maintain and update existing content libraries.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical writer or similar role.

• Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.

• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.

• Familiarity with Manufacturing terminology is a plus.
