Business Banking Product Management

As a Business Banking Process Manager at OCBC, you'll play a key role in ensuring cash-related products and services run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. You will help shape the end-to-end process, collaborate closely with business teams, product specialist, operations, compliance, and technology partners to streamline processes, enhance controls, and elevate customer experience.
How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of operational processes, risk management, and the needs of business banking customers. You'll evaluate existing cash product workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance. You will be the key connector across teams - turning customers pain points into solutions, ensuring operational readiness for new initiatives, and maintaining strong governance in all process changes. Your ability to analyse data, think critically, and manage stakeholders will be essential in achieving excellence for both the bank and our customers.
What you do
- Design, review, and enhance end-to-end processes for cash products and services.
- Conduct process mapping and root-cause-analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to implement process enhancements.
- Support new cash-related product launches by ensuring operational readiness, documentation, and control measures.
- Drive automation, simplification, and digitalization initiatives to improve customer experience and reduce operational risk.
Who you are
- A degree in Business, Finance, Operations or a related field, with preferably 2 years of experience in process management or a related area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify operational risk or gaps
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Customer-centric and detail-oriented, with a drive to continuosly improve performance and efficiency
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
