Job Description

Nobia - a leading European kitchen specialist listed on Nasdaq Stockholm - is looking for a Process & Management system specialist to join our QHSE team in Ølgod. You will join a team, where we work closely together to create structure, quality, and safety across Nobia Denmark.

You will work closely with colleagues in Production, Sales, Management, and various support functions, where you quickly will becoming a trusted and well-known partner throughout the organization.

This is an on-site position based at our office in Ølgod, Denmark, with approximately 20 travel days per year.

Scope of the Role
You will work across the organization and contribute to the company’s strategy and objectives through continuous development and maintenance of QHSE systems. You will coordinate and facilitate key tasks within the management system for Nobia Denmark.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional projects to develop and continuously improve our management systems.

  • Supporting the organization in the effective use of management systems and business processes.

  • Planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits across ISO standards and FSC requirements.

  • Manage and develop support functions that underpin work with the management system (e.g., training materials, Power Apps, SharePoint)

  • Ensuring high-quality documentation, structured processes, and standardized ways of working.

  • Facilitating external audits and acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

  • Developing tools, templates, and support materials to enhance system usability.

  • Coordinating the use and development of the Canea management system in collaboration with QHSE colleagues across the Nordic organization.

Who Are You?
We are looking for a structured and quality-focused professional who thrives on driving projects and ensuring high standards across the organization. You have strong administrative skills, enjoy creating structure and momentum, and are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are also curious about IT systems and see technology as an enabler for continuous improvement.

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience conducting internal audits.

  • Have knowledge of and hands-on experience working with ISO 9001.

  • Are certified as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or are willing to obtain the certification

  • Have experience managing projects from planning to implementation.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
