HERACLES Group, Greece’s leading company in the field of building materials and a member of Holcim, is seeking to cover the position Process & Maintenance Coordinator to join LAFARGE BETON, one of the fastest growing and most dynamic companies in the aggregates and concrete sector.

The Process & Maintenance Coordinator will be based at the Quarry site in Mandra


Role & Key Accountabilities

The Process & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the operation and maintenance of the Crushing & Screening Plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production through the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. The role focuses on maximizing equipment availability and plant productivity while minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.

● Production Plant Operations: Coordinate the daily operation of the crushing & screening plant, ensuring production efficiency, product quality and compliance with operational and safety standards
● Maintenance & Technical Support: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitor equipment performance and manage spare parts availability to minimize downtime and improve reliability
● Health & Safety: Maintain a zero-harm environment for employees, contractors, and suppliers
● Team Management & Coordination: Organize and supervise operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel, ensuring effective daily planning and team performance
● Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, site regulations, and production documentation requirements, supporting continuous operational improvement


Qualifications & Skills

● Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
● Experience: 2-5 years of experience in production plants, quarries, crushing plants or heavy industry environments
● Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal)
● Soft Skills: A proactive, self-driven professional with a results-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to Safety
● Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster team spirit
