Industry: Food & Beverage

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

• Direct daily Brewing, Processing, and Water Treatment operations to meet plans and SOP standards
• Track KPIs and BOTEC systems to fix issues and boost efficiency
• Handle shift scheduling, training, and performance for the operational team
• Manage inventory and reconciliations for raw materials, beer, and chemicals
• Maintain logs and update operational SOPs
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep lines running smoothly
• Enforce PPE and ATEX, safety, and quality standards while driving improvements

What skills do you need?

• MQF Level 5+ in Brewing, Engineering, Management, or related field
• Experience in production, brewing, or food manufacturing is an asset
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work 3-shift rotations, including nights
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
