You’ll make a difference by:

  • Monitor business travelers and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Proactively identify compliance and risk issues related to global mobility, including employment law, immigration, social security, and tax requirements.
  • Manage visa application processes for business visas and work permits, including tracking and monitoring requests.
  • End to end processing of short-term travels globally.
  • Manage social security applications along with EU registration
  • Ensure accurate accumulation of payroll and non-payroll assignment and relocation components for correct reporting and payroll instructions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors (relocation, immigration, social security, and tax providers) to deliver seamless global mobility services.
  • Maintain and support the functionality of the assignment management tool, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Prepare, review, and manage assignment documentation.
  • Partner with global case managers to continuously improve operational processes and implement best practices.
  • Drive standardization across downstream process flows.

Your success is grounded in:

  • 4years–8 years of experience in global mobility, including immigration, social security, and/or assignment management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple geographies.
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel and Word skills preferred.
  • Ability to work within existing processes while suggesting constructive improvements.
  • Flexible and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing requirements and client needs.
