As a Manager in Process Intelligence at PwC Australia, you’ll help organisations unlock value through data-driven process transformation. You’ll use process mining, process intelligence, SQL, and advanced data analytics to identify inefficiencies, uncover improvement opportunities, and support full-scale operational and organisational transformation across complex business environments.

You’ll work with major Australian organisations to improve end-to-end processes, enhance decision-making, and embed digital capabilities across the enterprise. Whatyou’lldo:

  • Help clients deliver full-scale operational and organisational transformations using process mining, process intelligence, and data analytics capabilities.

  • Lead Process Intelligence workstreams within large, cross-functional delivery teams on complex Connected Digital Enterprise engagements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Process Mining and Intelligence, applying your knowledge to solve client problems andidentifyopportunities for value creation.

  • Analyse end-to-end business processes such as Order-to-Cash,Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Issue-to-Resolution toidentifybottlenecks, non-compliance, process variation, and improvement opportunities.

  • Use leading process mining and intelligence platforms, SQL, and data analytics techniques to extract, transform, analyse, and interpret process data from ERP and other enterprise systems.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations that clearly communicate process performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategy for Process Mining and Intelligence, including industry-specific offerings, propositions, and reusable assets.

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of sales enablement materials, client demonstrations, training sessions, and industry events.

  • Translate complex process, operational, and data-driven insights into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • Support business development activities through proposals, client presentations, thought leadership, and market-facing content.

Whatwe’relooking for:

  • A consulting, continuous improvement, or project-oriented background with experience deliveringprocesstransformation

  • Experienceworking with leading Process Mining and Intelligence tools such asSignavio,Celonis,Apromore, or similar platforms.

  • Strong experience across ERP-enabled end-to-end processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C),Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R). Experience in other end-to-end processes such as Issue-to-Resolution is also valued.

  • Advanced understanding of SAP or other ERP platforms and how process and transactional data can be used to drive operational improvement.

  • Experience using SQL to extract, interrogate, and analyse large datasets from enterprise systems to support process mining and transformation initiatives.

  • Strong skills in data analytics, data visualisation, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

  • Experience in businessprocess management, business process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.

  • Strong consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly to clients and senior leaders.

  • Relevant certifications or formal training inSignavio,CelonisorApromore,Signavioare highly regarded.

  • Lean Six Sigma qualifications are also highly valued.
