Process Integrated EngineerDüsseldorf售后服务类Responsibilities1. 工艺规划与流程设计 / Process Planning & Design
1.1 负责新产品的工艺路线设计、工站布局及作业指导书(SOP)制定。
Responsible for defining process routing, station layout, and creating SOPs for new products.
1.2 设计并优化装配、测试及维修流程,确保可制造性(DFM)和可维修性(DFR)。
Design and optimize assembly, testing, and repair processes to ensure manufacturability (DFM) and repairability (DFR).
1.3 制定标准化工艺参数,包括扭矩、力值、温度、测试逻辑等。
Establish standardized process parameters, including torque, force, temperature, and test logic.
2. 工装治具与设备导入 / Tooling & Fixture Development
2.1 主导治具、测试设备的需求定义、开发、验证及导入量产。
Lead requirements, development, validation, and mass production deployment of fixtures and test equipment.
2.2 优化治具结构和测试程序,提高效率与一致性。
Optimize fixture structure and test logic to improve efficiency and consistency.
2.3 参与自动化工站设计及效率改善项目。
Participate in automation station design and efficiency improvement projects.
3. 良率提升与问题解决 / Yield Improvement & Issue Resolution
3.1 对生产及维修过程中的异常进行分析并推动改善,使用鱼骨图、8D、DMAIC 等工具。
Analyze production and repair issues and drive improvements using tools such as fishbone, 8D, and DMAIC.
3.2 主导失效分析(FA)和 DOE 试验,优化工艺窗口。
Lead failure analysis (FA) and DOE experiments to optimize process windows.
3.3 持续监测过程指标,识别工艺潜在风险并提前预防。
Monitor process KPIs, identify potential risks, and implement preventive actions.
4. 成本与效率优化 / Cost & Efficiency Optimization
4.1 通过工艺优化降低操作时间、人力成本和返修率。
Reduce cycle time, labor cost, and rework rate through process optimization.
4.2 分析维修工艺成本,优化备件使用及维修工序。
Analyze repair process cost and optimize spare parts usage and repair steps.
4.3 评估自动化设备或工艺变更的投入产出比(ROI)。
Evaluate ROI of automation equipment and process changes.
5. 跨部门协作 / Cross-functional Collaboration
5.1 支持研发团队进行 DFM/DFR 评审,确保产品结构与工艺匹配。
Support R&D on DFM/DFR reviews to ensure alignment between design and manufacturing.
5.2 协助售后服务中心建立维修工艺、培训资料及质量改善流程。
Support aftersales service centers by developing repair processes, training materials, and quality improvement workflows.
5.3 参与供应链、PMC、质量会议,确保物料与工艺稳定性。
Participate in supply chain, PMC, and quality meetings to ensure process and material stability.Qualifications1. Education & Experience / 教育背景与经验
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience in process engineering, NPI, or manufacturing.
本科及以上学历,工程类相关专业,3年以上工艺工程、NPI或制造领域工作经验。
2. Process Design & Development / 工艺设计与开发
Skilled in process routing, station layout, SOP creation, and applying DFM/DFR principles with R&D teams.
熟悉工艺路线设计、工站布局及SOP制定,能够与研发团队协作推动DFM/DFR评审。
3. Tooling & Equipment / 工装治具与设备
Hands-on experience in developing, validating, and deploying fixtures and test equipment for mass production.
具备工装治具及测试设备的开发、验证及量产导入的实践经验。
4. Problem Solving & Quality / 问题解决与质量
Proficient in structured problem-solving tools (8D, DMAIC, DOE, fishbone) to drive yield improvement and resolve production issues.
熟练掌握8D、DMAIC、DOE、鱼骨图等系统性问题解决工具,能够推动良率提升及生产异常处理。
5. Efficiency & Cost Optimization / 效率与成本优化
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, cycle time reduction, cost analysis, and ROI evaluation for automation projects.
了解精益生产方法,具备节拍优化、成本分析及自动化项目投入产出比评估能力。
6. Collaboration & Communication / 协作与沟通
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with fluency in English; experience supporting aftersales/service centers is a plus.
具备良好的跨部门协作能力,英语流利;有售后服务中心支持经验者优先。 Apply
