Who we are looking for

We’re seeking a Process & Innovation Program Manager to join our team at VML, part of WPP, based in Argentina. This senior role is essential to enhancing our content authoring operations for Ford USA and Canada. Working closely with our leadership team—and in partnership with our current Operational Program Manager—you will focus on driving efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction through process analysis, strategic improvements, and the integration of innovative technologies like Artificial Intelligence. This is a high-impact position with direct client exposure, offering a unique opportunity to shape the strategy and evolution of our operations.

What you’ll do

  • Process Optimization and Management:

  • Proactively analyze current operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (QA, Content) to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, independently proposing and executing pilot projects or small/medium-scale implementations.

  • Metrics Analysis and Business Insights:

  • Define, collect, and analyze key operational metrics, focusing on client satisfaction (internal and external), delivery quality, and team availability/utilization.

  • Translate data into actionable insights to improve quality and satisfaction levels while identifying new business opportunities (services, workstreams, etc.).

  • Provide an overview of team utilization to enable strategic resource allocation toward value-added initiatives for clients, the agency, and team development.

  • Create performance reports to detect recurring delivery issues early and develop actionable plans to address and resolve them.

  • Innovation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Adoption:

  • Act as a mentor and trainer for Project Managers and Leads, guiding them in the strategic application of AI tools (like WPP Open) in their workflows.

  • Develop proposals and establish best practices for AI integration, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team.

  • Leadership and Team Guidance:

  • Provide direction to Project Managers on processes, quality standards, performance metrics, and the adoption of new methodologies and tools (especially AI).

  • Offer functional reporting in these areas, complementing operational reporting to the other Program Manager.

  • Client Relations (VML USA):

  • Represent the operation to VML, part of WPP USA, presenting process analyses, improvement proposals, and strategic progress while ensuring transparent communication.

  • Identify opportunities to add value and expand the scope of services by deeply understanding client needs.

What you’ll need

  • Proven Experience:

  • Solid track record in roles such as Program Manager, Operations Manager, Process Consultant, or similar positions with a strong focus on strategy and continuous improvement.

  • Analytical Mindset:

  • Exceptional ability to define metrics, analyze complex data, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Process-Oriented Approach:

  • Experience analyzing, designing, and executing process improvements in dynamic, high-volume environments.

  • Collaborative Leadership:

  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams and hierarchies (QA, Content, Project Managers), influencing and leading without direct authority.

  • Proactivity and Innovation:

  • Strong drive to seek new ways of doing things, identify value opportunities, and lead change initiatives.

  • AI Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and concepts, with the ability to mentor and propose applications in workflows (experience with WPP Open is a plus).

  • Effective Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Fluency in English is required for interaction with VML, part of WPP USA.

  • Basic Technical Knowledge:

  • General understanding of digital content management systems (e.g., AEM) and digital agency operations. Training will be provided as needed.

  • Adaptability:

  • Ability to quickly understand and adapt to the agency’s business and the advertising/content industry, even without prior experience in the sector.

Preferred Qualifications (a plus):

  • Experience in management consulting, product development, or industries where data analysis and process optimization are critical.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (not required but advantageous).
