
The Sales Manager – Process Industries is responsible for driving commercial growth across key process industry segments, with primary focus on Pulp & Paper and Steel. This role leads strategic account development, manages complex project sales, and builds strong relationships with EPCs, industrial end users, and key stakeholders to expand market share, influence specifications, and deliver profitable, long-term business.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Process Industries, with strong focus on Pulp & Paper and Steel segments;
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industrial customers, EPCs, consultants, and decision-makers to position solutions early in project phases;
Identify, qualify, and pursue project and lifecycle opportunities for products, systems, and services across assigned accounts and territory;
Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, negotiation, and contract closure in alignment with business objectives;
Collaborate closely with engineering, application, proposal, and service teams to deliver competitive, customer-focused industrial solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within Process Industries, preferably Pulp & Paper and/or Steel;
Strong knowledge of project-based sales, specification-driven environments, and complex commercial negotiations;
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and long sales cycles with EPCs and industrial customers;
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
