GE Vernova Services Singapore is seeking a Process Industrialization Leader to lead engineering teams supporting special processes within repair operations.
In this role, you will lead teams across assigned Special Processes such as Joining & Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Automation & Metrology, driving process industrialization, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost outcomes.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager – Operations, you will provide technical and people leadership across engineering teams responsible for special processes within repair operations.
You will be responsible for industrializing and sustaining processes that require strong qualification, control, and technical substantiation, while helping to improve operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
