The EU STEP Fulfillment Optimization (FO) team is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to own new initiatives/programs that fulfillment optimization for European network. In this role, you will evaluate and scale programs, build structured frameworks, size opportunities through data analysis, and managing stakeholder alignment to directly impact cost, speed, and customer experience.

EU STEP Fulfillment Optimization (FO) sits within EU STEP Transportation Network Optimization (TNO) and is responsible for optimizing order fulfillment across Amazon's European network. We launch new products, features, analytics, programs and decision frameworks that reduce cost while improving speed and reliability for customers, working closely with central teams like SCOT and EU OPS
