The Process Improvement Senior Analyst is responsible for identifying and analysing issues that impact customers, designing, and implementing customer remediation solutions that ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. This role leverages business analysis, data insights, product knowledge and remediation experience to support the full remediation lifecycle.

What your role will involve

  • Conduct discovery and scoping activities to understand remediation issues and define customer impact.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Risk teams to design and implement Data requirements and remediation solutions.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to identify affected customers and calculate compensation.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, documentation, and controls to support remediation execution.
  • Apply continuous improvement principles to streamline remediation processes and reduce operational risk.
  • Ensure all remediation activities align with regulatory obligations and internal governance standards.

We are interested in hearing from you if you have

  • Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven experience working on customer remediation programs under RG277.
  • Strong remediation knowledge, including customer impact assessment and compensation calculation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with developing data requirements.
  • Experience with discovery techniques such as stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and deliver multiple remediation initiatives concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Bankwest remediation frameworks and tools
