Job Description

TANGGUNG JAWAB:

  • Melakukan inisiasi cross functional project dan functional project di Network Group sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan quality melalui perbaikan proses sesuai metode yang disepakati untuk mencapai tujuan/target tertentu dalam jangka waktu/timeline yang ditetapkan.
  • Menjalankan proyek perbaikan bersama anggota tim proyek lainnya dan dengan konsiten memantau pelaksanaan jalannya proses yang telah diperbaiki sesuai dengan konsep Managament Operating System (MOS) termasuk menangani permasalahan yang timbul dan upaya mempercepat adopsi proses baru di lapangan.
  • Memastikan terselesaikannya proyek sesuai dengan : tujuan/target yang akan dicapai, jadwal pelaksanaan, hasil perbaikan proses dan perhitungan keuntungan / penghematan yang akan diperoleh serta terjadinya kesinambungan perbaikan melalui periodically review dan tindak lanjut perbaikan proses.
  • Menjalin hubungan baik dan komunikasi yang kuat dengan para pemangku kepentingan untuk setiap proyek/insisiatif perbaikan proses yang dilakukan.
