Your new role
郡山工場のProcess Improvement Leadとして、工場全体の製造プロセスの改善をリードし、生産部門の底上げに貢献していただきます。現場の課題を見極め、データに基づいた改善策を立案・実行することで、工場のパフォーマンスを次のレベルへ引き上げる重要な役割です。
主な業務内容：
- 工場全体の製造プロセスにおける改善機会の特定、分析、改善計画の立案・実行
- 生産部門の各チームと連携し、品質・生産性・安全性の向上を推進
- Lean、Six Sigmaなどの改善手法を活用した継続的改善活動のリード
- 改善プロジェクトのKPI設定、進捗管理、成果の可視化と報告
- 部門横断的なステークホルダーとの協働による改善文化の醸成と定着
- グローバルの製造拠点とベストプラクティスを共有し、改善ノウハウの展開
