Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers through e-commerce platforms.
  2. Optimize advertising campaigns, promotions, and platform tools to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  3. Analyze logistics processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain and delivery systems.
  5. Monitor and evaluate key metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and delivery efficiency, to ensure business goals are met.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience in customer acquisition through e-commerce platforms
  2. Strong understanding of logistics processes, including supply chain management and last-mile delivery.
  3. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize campaigns and operations.
  4. Familiarity with platform advertising tools and technologies to drive growth.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
