Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present process improvement projects to senior management.
  • Implement state-of-the-art process improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with various business units to understand their requirements and challenges.
  • Monitor and provide ongoing support during the implementation of new processes, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Train staff on new processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on process improvements and changes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement.
  • Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related role.
  • Strong background in analyzing and improving processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Strong capability to implement AI, IoT and cutting-edge digital technology.
  • Understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend changes that will streamline operations.
  • Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
