Our vision for this position is to provide leadership in the continuous improvement of the production process to meet and/or exceed performance expectations by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements
• Monitor green, cured, and uniformity issues daily identify root cause and implement countermeasures for improvement.
• Develop and provides ongoing support for assigned projects and takes corrective action to resolve issues
• Prepare and present data utilizing Microsoft software, specifically excel and access.
• Make presentations to management regarding process improvements.
• Set-up and maintain access databases within a PC environment.
• Designs, implements and delivers an employee training program around new processes and process improvements.
• Monitors and analyses data to determine if areas of the process/systems are performing efficiently.
• Meets with the appropriate groups to provide technical input in resolving problems.
• Recommends and promotes the implementation of process improvements.
• Works with Training in the development and delivery of training related to process improvement.
• Acts as a primary support interfacing with the implementation training of ISO standards, SOP’S, and QIR’S.
• Acts as a technical and engineering resource to plant maintenance and provides guidance and direction on implementing process improvements.
• Addresses process problems after hours, by phone or if required in the plant, to minimize disruption of production due to production process issues.
