Charger Logistics is a world class asset-based carrier. We specialize in delivering your assets, on time and on budget. With the diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo.

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our San Pedro Sula office.

Shift availability:

Morning shift - Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm, alternating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze trailer damage trends and identify recurring root causes to reduce downtime.
• Track and monitor Out-of-Service (OOS) equipment, maintaining daily reports and performance metrics.
• Use Excel to manage repair timelines, costs, claims status, and recovery reporting.
• Investigate damage liability through operational data, incident records, and repair documentation.
• Prepare and submit claims for repair cost reimbursement, ensuring accurate supporting documentation.
• Build reports and dashboards to track fleet utilization, damage frequency, and claims recovery.
• Partner with terminals, repair shops, and breakdown teams to improve repair turnaround times.

Requirements

• Advanced english is a must
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ( Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, data validation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with operational data and reporting
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and cost drivers
• High attention to detail
• Experience managing claims, invoices, or reconciliations
• Experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or maintenance operations - Preferred
• Knowledge of claims management and liability investigation - Preferred
• Experience with Power BI or reporting tools - Preferred
